Has something unexpectedly gone wrong with your order? Did you receive the wrong item? Don't worry, we will collect the item free of charge and ensure that you receive the correct product. We act strictly according to the guidelines of Ecommerce Europe. You also have the statutory right of cancellation for all your purchases. This means that you can cancel your purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods without giving any reason.

We will cover the costs of returning the goods if:

• we have delivered the wrong product
• we have delivered the wrong quantities
• the product has arrived damaged

In all other cases, you are responsible for the return costs. But please note: We will always credit you the full purchase amount, including the original shipping costs, as stated on your invoice and refund it to your account within 3 working days.
